BGS IC CAE Presence at 2016 Five Eyes Conference

BGS IC CAE Presence at 2016 Five Eyes Conference

The BGS IC CAE has a strong presence at the 2016 Five Eyes Conference, which occurred between February 29th and March 2nd at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia.  The focus of the conference was Training for Tomorrow: Engaging the Next Generation of Intelligence Analysts.

A group of eight students from the UK Patterson School forDiplomacy and International Commerce attended the conference.  Below are student comments regarding the value of attending the conference.  The BGS IC CAE provided funding assistance to UK students to attend the conference.

Valerie McVey: I just wanted to thank you for recommending the Five Eyes Conference to us because it was a time well spent! I learned a lot about the IC, training, and new technologies. I also make quite a few connections that will hopefully help in the future job search.

Christopher Bartlett: The contacts I made and information I learned in those three days was well worth the trip and more. We also managed to meet other IC CAE scholars from across the States.
